Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Kindly be aware that modifications or cancellations to an order must be requested prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped, accommodating your request might not be feasible as it would have entered the processing phase. Should you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 12 business days.
Return and refunds:
Our return policy allows for a 10-day return of unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are not issued for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal or improper use, please contact us at Contact-Chaivio
within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us quickly process your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
Our team will inspect the return item and if items are found to be in good condition, we will process refund within 10 business days.
Damaged Items:
We meticulously package our products to safeguard against shipping-related damage. An item is deemed damaged if it possesses a defect or if the product is physically fractured. Packaging that incurs damage during shipping, such as dented boxes, is not considered damage if the product inside remains in good condition.
If your product arrives in a damaged condition, kindly inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, reach out to us at Contact-Chaivio and attach a clear photo depicting the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a complimentary replacement. Please note that we do not issue refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery:
Although we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order, we cannot assume responsibility for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors during shipping. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us for assistance. It's important to note that we do not accept liability for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Fraud Prevention:
In order to prevent fraudulent activity, we conduct verification checks on all billing and shipping addresses to confirm their alignment with the information stored by the payment processor. Additionally, we actively monitor all transactions for any signs of suspicious activity and may seek additional information from the customer to validate the transaction. If there are indications of fraudulent behavior, we retain the right to cancel the transaction and promptly inform the customer.
