Cancellation Policy:

Kindly be aware that modifications or cancellations to an order must be requested prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped, accommodating your request might not be feasible as it would have entered the processing phase. Should you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 12ย businessย days.


Return and refunds:

Our return policy allows for a 10-day return of unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are not issued for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal or improper use, please contact us at Contact-Chaivio

within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. All returns must be approved by our team before shipping the product back to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please include your order number and shipping name in your return package to help us quickly process your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Our team will inspect the return item and if items are found to be in good condition, we will process refund within 10ย businessย days.


Damaged Items:
